On my unmodified v3 hardware, I had to remove the PROGJUMP1 and PROGJUMP2 jumpers in order to flash the 3.1 code...otherwise I could not connect to the device. Also, FWIW, the power consumption I measure for the v3 hardware for both the 3.0 and 3.1 code is ~32 ma @ a reported 12.8v. Initial reboot c...
