Well I plugged my SolarDashboard back in and all worked nicely for about half an hour then the problems resumed again with missing data then shortly afterwards it all stopped again!

JACKPOT!! I just tried setting the Solar Software Device ID to 112 as per the linked article and it worked Any ideas why the Device ID would suddenly change and why "112" At least I now know my charge controller communication port isn't buggered, I look forward to receiving my new SolarDas...
