Not Capturing Logs or Metrics

Post by Aces »

Requesting support on the following:

Problem:
1. Nothing in the logs except 1 line "Not Available"
2. No metrics being captured over time

Additional Context:
1. The dashboard loads without issue.
2. Some Instruments are correctly reporting data:
- Solar Volts
- Battery volts
- Battery Amps
- Battery fahrenheit
- Equipment fahrenheit
3. Some Instruments not reporting data
- Solar Watts
- Solar Amps

Mods that I have done that may have caused or are might be related to this problem:
- In Settings | System Troubleshooting I have set Debug Logs Enabled to 1
- I deleted the config.txt per viewtopic.php?f=3&t=390&p=2249&hilit=config.txt#p2249 hoping to reset the device to factory fresh settings
- I followed the process here viewtopic.php?f=3&t=398 for Power Injection

Sorry for the long delay but:
Solar amps and watts are reporting, just 0.
Basically there's an issue with the SD card. Hard to debug because the logs are written to SD card. I would try to format it fat32. Are you using the card I supplied?
