Unable to connect to Cloud Dashboard

I installed my Solar WiFi dashboard V4 controller to my Renogy controller and successfully connected it to my wifi. The controller acquired a DHCP address with no issues and I can view the dashboard on my iPhone and on my Mac, either directly or via the issued IP address. Connecting to the cloud is a different story, as I simply can not connect, no matter how many times I've tried. Help!
