Hi

My solar dashboard worked flawlessly and has stopped working correctly.

The local wifi network is created OK and I can connect my devices to it and obtained an IP address. I can ping the Gateway 192.168.4.1 address OK from my computer.

However the Dashboard page on 192.168.4.1 is not loaded or displayed, which is as far as I can get. I have tried connecting with IOS, Android, PC and MAC using different browsers and the result is the same.

Can you help?

Hi,

Yes it's working ok. Follow the firmware flashing instructions to flash a new firmware with the micro USB cable. This will reset the web page so you can access it.

Thanks for the update Jonathan. That worked a treat. My device is now working again!
