reset solar dashboard to defaults.

Greetings,
I just received a Solar dashboard and tried to connect it to my local network. After selecting the SSID and setting the network password, I cannot find the solar dashboard in my routers DHCP logs, No client with an ESP or Espressif tag. It seems to not be joining my network at all and it does not fall back to a 'SNEKTEK SOLAR' AP mode. So, how do I go about resetting the thing to its factory defaults? I see an RST and FlSH button and I tried holding each one down while powering up as a wild ass guess but nothing works. The User Guide I downloaded is rather thin and I'm new to ESP32 devices. Can someone get me started on fixing this thing?
